About me
I was raised in Athens and studied in the UK. I completed my undergraduate studies at the Department of Psychology (BSc) at the University of York in 2014. I then continued my education at Queen Margaret University, Scotland, where I attended the two-year Masters' Degree in Visual Art Psychotherapy (MSc). In addition, I have specialized in Mentalization Based Therapy. For more information consult the ''My Approach'' tab.
Since 2014 I have been working with children, adolescents and adults, individually and in groups, using the methods of psychodynamic Art Therapy. I have worked in special schools for children with behavioural challenges and developmental disorders, in addiction centers, and in the British National Health Service (NHS).
